Following the Strategic Analysis, the Carbon Trust Strategic Insights team will provide support to help the board and senior executives to drive the identified initiatives forward within the organisation. The nature of this support will be dependent on requirements, but will most likely involve some or all of the below:
- Advising on the best means to embed climate change into business thinking
- Participation in key meetings and discussions
- Facilitating organisational change processes
- Scoping out plans and next steps
- Identifying sources of external support for the work if required.
