The in-house Carbon Trust team delivers a 4 - 6 week Strategic Analysis using a methodology developed by the Carbon Trust, which quantifies the opportunities and threats and identifies initiatives. Thereafter the team will provide Follow-up Support to help the board and senior executives drive the prioritised initiatives forward within the organisation.
