Publication bulk orders - Our refund and returns policy 

    If you are not satisfied with a publication order that you have purchased from the Carbon Trust you may return this to us. However, to ensure we handle your request quickly and correctly please refer to our return and refunds policy detailed below.


    Cancelling your order

    If for any reason you decide to cancel your order before receipt or within 7 working days of receipt the Carbon Trust will provide a full refund.*

    *Items must be returned unopened.

    If you have received incorrect or damaged goods

    If your order does not match the items that you requested or has been damaged in transit we will arrange for your order to be collected and a provide a replacement free of charge.

    Refunds

    We will provide a full refund within 30 days if the publications are returned in their original sealed packaging. However, if you receive incorrect or damaged items and do not wish us to replace the order please return the publications to us unopened.

     
     

    How to return your order

    If you have decided to cancel your order please notify us before returning the goods by:

    • Sending an email containing details of your order
    • Calling us for free on 0800 014 7460 and providing order details


    If you do not notify us before returning the order we may not be able to provide a refund.

    Before returning any items ensure you have notified us first and then obtain proof of delivery from your dispatcher.
