Define Needs: Maintenance

The objective for all projects is to achieve ‘designed minimum maintenance’ which requires you to consider the following criteria:

Maximising lamp life: Longer lamp life leads to lower life cycle costs and reduced maintenance schedules (which are time and cost intensive).

Ease of accessibility: Luminaires should be placed where they can be readily reached for maintenance.
