Grants for Low Carbon Technologies
Low Carbon Buildings Programme Phase 2
LCBP Phase 2 is a £50 million capital grant scheme launched in December 2006. Grants are available for installation of solar photovoltaic, solar hot water, wind, ground source heat pump, and biomass systems.
Grants are available to charitable or public sector organisations only, for products up to 50kW. Phase 2 is not open to private households or private sector businesses. Products must be purchased from the suppliers listed overleaf and installations undertaken by their sub-contractors only.
The programme is managed for the Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform by Building Research Establishment, and expects to be open through 2008.
