Reduce your organisation’s carbon footprint with a free* carbon survey.

The survey application form should take no more than five minutes to complete. Please fill out as many of the fields as possible - the more information we have, the more efficiently we can process your application.

Once received by our Customer Centre, we aim to contact you within a few days.

NB It is not possible to save your application form part-way through, therefore please ensure you have all the information necessary before you start.

Before you start the survey

To apply, you will need to know:
  • Your company’s annual energy spend.
  • The approximate energy spend of your entire organisation (if you are part of a larger organisation).
  • Your availability for the next 10 days (for us to call you to discuss your application).
  • Dates that you, relevant operational members of staff and all areas of your site are available for the site survey.

* We provide a survey to companies with an annual energy spend of £50,000 or more. In most cases this survey is free. We will call you to confirm this prior to carrying out the survey.
