It examined the ways that three large organisations (Aviva, Lloyds Banking Group and Reed Global) have been able to harness the power of their employees to deliver a change of mindset and behaviour around carbon reduction.
In particular they looked at how senior management need to engage employees and give them ownership of their own carbon footprint.
