Energy saving assessment When describing your energy saving project in your application, include: - Annual energy consumption of equipment being replaced
- Annual energy consumption of equipment being installed
- Information about the projected annual energy savings for the project

Supplier quotes The electronic copy of your supplier quote must be on their headed paper and include: - Your registered company name
- Your supplier’s registered number
- Your supplier's VAT number
- A quotation reference number
- Details of the equipment to be supplied
