- Estimate the loan amount you may be eligible for.
- Convert the kWh saving into CO2. The level of CO2 saved will define the amount of the loan. As a rule, every 2.5t of CO2 saved is equal to a loan amount of £1,000
- Understand the total annual savings in £s which will define the repayment period.
For example: a £22,000 loan with £10,000 annual saving would be repaid over 3 years. Loan amount divided by annual savings = repayment period (rounded up to a whole year).
