What you need
The tool is a Windows based tool that will work on systems from Windows 2000 onwards without any additional components. Your screen resolution must be at least 1024 x 768 pixels.
You will need your energy consumption data in an Excel format spreadsheet. Your Excel spreadsheet should be in a specific layout - there is a template for this packaged along with the tool.
Please also ensure the dates in your spreadsheet are formatted as in the template.
If your data is not in the correct format the analyser will not work.
The tool can analyse the following energy data types:
- Half Hourly
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
For advanced users, analysis of energy data from:
- IMserv
- Stark
- nPower
- Siemens
Note the tool will not run from other network locations e.g. servers, and files must be 'unzipped' for the tool to work. No administrative privileges are required.

After downloading the tool, you will need to extract or 'unzip' the files to your computer's local hard drive.
Once you have extracted the files, click on the Analyser Tool icon to run the program.
