The Mentoring Scheme is designed for consultants who have the required qualifications but currently do not have the necessary experience and/or technical capability to carry out work as an accredited consultant.

The scheme uses a mentored approach and 'on the job' training to advance consultants' competencies, skills sets and experiences up to the level required to apply for accreditation.
